My Story

My Story: Inspired by Family, Driven to Serve

The passing of my dad during hospice care profoundly impacted me. Navigating his Medicare options revealed how complex and overwhelming the system can be. I witnessed firsthand how many families, including my own, are unaware of the full range of benefits available to them. I'm grateful I could assist him in accessing essential services like vision, dental, and hearing care.

Additionally, helping my mom navigate Medicare—though not during hospice care—further deepened my understanding of the challenges families face. These experiences inspired me to become a licensed Medicare specialist. My goal is to empower seniors and their families with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
